Magnesium diglycinate (magnesium), inulin, bulking agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

Take 1 serving (3 capsules) per day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The food supplement should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
