Turmeric, or rather turmeric ( Curcuma longa L.) is a plant of the ginger family, growing wild in India and cultivated in many tropical countries. Turmeric is not only characterized by its rich taste and wide culinary use, it is also an extremely valued component that is used as a herbal raw material in the Far East. For over 5000 years it has been successfully used in Ayurvedic art, turmeric is a source of B vitamins supporting the nervous system, which is an exceptionally powerful antioxidant of vitamin E and vitamin K. PREWENIS gluten-free turmeric paste is recommended for consumption with drinks, e.g. milk, yogurt or tomato juice. Can be sweetened with honey or syrup. It also enriches the flavor of soups, sauces, salads and rice. Adding a teaspoon of oil promotes the absorption of the ingredients. Please note, the product has coloring properties.
