Three-color spelt pasta 400 g organic Niro

Three Colors organic wholemeal spelt pasta is enriched with vegetables such as spinach, paprika, and turmeric. The flour (type 2000) used in pasta production is ground in mills the day before the production process begins. Spelt itself is one of the oldest wheat varieties, rich in starch, protein, unsaturated fatty acids, minerals, and vitamins (PP, B6, and folic acid)—more concentrated than other grains. Organic spelt pasta is also a more digestible source of gluten.
