This pasta is perfect for sauces, for example seafood-based. Rustichella pasta is produced in the traditional artisanal way, that is to say:

- Slowly hardened to 45-50 degrees Celsius, thanks to which it retains its nutritional and taste values, does not overcook, and has a lower glycemic index.

- It has a rough surface and prevents the sauce from flowing to the bottom of the plate, but remains on the surface of the pasta.

HOW TO PREPARE
Boil 1 liter of lightly salted water for 100g of pasta. Cook for 9 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. After cooking, drain the pasta and cover with cold water.
