Pharmaverum Complex B 60 capsules

B-COMPLEX is a dietary supplement in capsule form, containing 8 B vitamins, myo-inositol, and ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal). It is intended for adults who wish to support the proper functioning of the nervous and circulatory systems and the general vitality of the body.

Ashwagandha root extract supports mental activity, cognitive functions, and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Niacin (vitamin B3) contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism, reduces feelings of fatigue and tiredness, and supports psychological functions.
Thiamine (vitamin B1) contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the heart.
Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) plays a key role in the synthesis of steroid hormones, vitamin D, and neurotransmitters, and supports mental performance.
Myo-inositol acts as a cellular messenger, supporting the normal functioning of the body.
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) contributes to the health of the nervous system, iron metabolism, and protection of cells against oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) standardized to 3% withanolides; capsule shell [coating agent, cellulose]; niacin (nicotinic acid amide); thiamine (thiamine mononitrate); pantothenic acid (D-calcium pantothenate); myo-inositol; riboflavin (riboflavin); vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate); vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin); folic acid (L-methylfolate calcium); biotin (D-biotin).

Dosage:
1 capsule per day
