DESCRIPTION
100g of product is made from 80g of pear. Product obtained by cooking pears; with the addition of apple concentrate to obtain an appropriate pH level; pectins. Preserved by pasteurization in hermetically sealed glass containers. Sweet and sour taste characteristic of pear, color similar to the color of the fruit.
