Intenson's protein pudding is the perfect quick yet satisfying snack. This pudding differs from the classic pudding by adding tapioca and WPC, while maintaining the taste and texture of a traditional dessert. Potato starch, found in most puddings, is enriched with tapioca, a starch obtained from cassava. White sugar has been replaced with cane sugar. WPC is a whey protein concentrate obtained by ultrafiltration of milk proteins. This technology preserves the high amount of amino acids in milk while keeping fat and carbohydrates low.

INGREDIENTS
Unrefined cane sugar, potato starch, WPC (whey protein concentrate), tapioca starch 15%, skimmed milk powder, natural flavoring, color (riboflavin).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Pour the contents of the sachet into a cup and dissolve in a little water, then pour 185 ml of boiling water into the cup and stir vigorously with a spoon until smooth.
