Cucumber puree 340g KROKUS

Cucumber puree 340g Crocus

Pickled cucumbers with carrots are grated on a coarse grater. Only selected cucumber varieties are used during the production process, ideal for pickling. The spices added to the pickle come from Poland. It contains dill, horseradish roots and leaves, and ground garlic. This combination guarantees a unique flavor. The cucumbers are sealed in small barrels, which reduces the use of salt and makes it easier to control the ripening process.
The puree is perfect as an addition to soups and as a base for cucumber sauces or vegetable salads. Pasteurized product.
