QUICKSILVER Micellized Pure PC - Phosphatidylcholine (120 ml)

Phosphatidylcholine (lecithin) provides choline, which is a major component of cell membranes and is crucial for brain and liver function. In the brain, phosphatidylcholine is a precursor to acetylcholine, an important neurotransmitter involved in cognitive functions and motor coordination. During digestion, phosphatidylcholine is part of the bile complex that emulsifies fats to facilitate their absorption and the dissolution of fat-soluble nutrients (e.g., vitamins). 

INGREDIENTS:

Phosphatidylcholine (from non-GMO soy), water, glycerin, ethanol, vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 teaspoon orally twice a day, hold in the mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before a meal.
