Organic tricolor quinoa is a successful substitute for traditional groats or pasta. It's perfect as an ingredient in soups and as a complement to vegetables, sauces, pastries, and desserts.

PREPARATION

Recommended pour the quinoa grain with hot water through a fine sieve, then cook in a 1:2 ratio (1 part quinoa to 2 parts water) for about 25 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking.
