DESCRIPTION

Organic Arborio rice comes from Italy. It is a unique variety of rice, characterized by a subtle nutty flavor and a unique aroma. It is the basis of a traditional Italian risotto dish. It is also perfect as an addition to meats, salads, exotic dishes, and desserts.

HOW TO PREPARE

Cook the rice in a ratio of 1:2 (1 part rice to 2 parts water) over low heat, covered, for approximately 15 minutes. (Do not rinse the rice).
