< p style = "text-align: left; "> Rocket, commonly called rocket, is an annual plant of the cabbage family. It grows wild, among other places in Western Asia, the Black Sea, and the Mediterranean basin. It spreads easily and is rarely cultivated.
Eaten as a vegetable or used as a spice, arugula is a plant with an unusual, distinct, and slightly spicy flavor, and an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. Arugula boasts high lutein and zeaxanthin content, among other things, and is also a rich source of beta-carotene, iron, calcium, potassium, and vitamins B, A, C, and K.
Arugula is a great addition to pizzas, salads, soups, or sandwiches. It pairs well with cheeses, especially blue, feta, yellow, and mozzarella.
