DESCRIPTION :

Extracted from the needles and twigs of evergreen trees, this spicy essential oil will transport you straight to the green forests of Europe. Used for centuries in cough and cold remedies, Siberian fir is also a favorite scent in soaps and body products. In aromatherapy treatments, Siberian fir is used to clear cluttered thoughts and perfectly focus the mind during exam periods or when important work deadlines are approaching.

Natural allergens: limonene

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

In the vaporizer: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to the vaporizer or burner. Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation for children over 10 years old only.) For massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond oil or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil. Stir in water.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use directly on skin.
