Organic Tamari soy sauce 5000 ml - HORECA

DESCRIPTION

ORGANIC TAMARI SOY SAUCE 5 L - HORECA < / strong>

Tamari sauce, thanks to its higher protein content and more concentrated flavor, is ideal for longer cooking times. This makes the remaining ingredients in the dish more mellow. Traditionally, tamari is used to enhance the flavor of stewed meats, soups, pasta, fried vegetables, salad dressings, and pickles. It is perfect with vinegar or rice wine, ginger, garlic, mustard, and pepper.
