Zabłocka Iodine-bromine brine mist is a healing water with a high concentration of iodine and other micro and macro elements. It is used for inhalation, nebulization, and rinsing the mouth and throat. It improves circulation, accelerates metabolism and fat burning processes, strengthens the body's immunity, and can prevent and support the body in the fight against respiratory diseases, including chronic diseases of the throat, larynx, bronchi, lungs, and oral cavity. It is used for tonsillitis, colds, sinusitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, fungal infections, asthma, and allergic diseases of the nose and sinuses.
1 liter of brine contains more than 110 mg of iodine, 130 mg of bromine, 800 mg of calcium, 400 mg of magnesium. This brine is biologically pure, as it has not been in contact with the outside world for millions of years. The brine deposit is located in Dębowiec at a depth of more than 500 m below the earth's surface.

magnesium > 400 mg/l.
In addition, the composition includes, among others, boron, potassium, iron, selenium, bicarbonates, silicates and many other micronutrients.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Dosage: Baths at 37°C with the addition of 200 - 250 ml of brine or local soaking of feet or hands.
Action: Brine bathing increases blood flow to the skin, plumps and dilates its pores. Brine also intensifies the ion exchange process between the body and the bathing water. It facilitates the elimination of toxins and metabolic products from the body and the absorption of micronutrients necessary for the body.
