Ingredients :
Filling substance: maltodextrin, coating substance: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, filling substance: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium carbonate, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, sodium selenite.

Directions for use :
1 capsule per day. Preferably take during a meal with a sufficient amount of water.
