DESCRIPTION
Organic toasted white sesame seeds can be a delicious addition to salads, bread, and various dishes. They can also be used to make homemade tahini, a sesame paste that's a great alternative to butter or margarine. We also recommend grinding them as a topping for porridge, rice, soups, or steamed vegetables. Sesame seeds should be ground just before consumption. Soaking the sesame seeds beforehand improves their digestibility.
