The composition of herbs (rosemary, elderberry, sage, thyme, mullein, bittersweet) has a positive effect on the functioning of the sinuses. The herbs contained in the capsules promote self-cleaning of the sinuses and help maintain the natural hydration of the sinus mucous membranes.

INGREDIENTS
Rosemary leaf powder (14.2%), elderflower powder (14.2%), sage leaf powder (14.2%), thyme powder (14.2%), mullein flower powder (9.4%), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), gentian root powder (4.7%), strip shell ingredients (gelatin, colour - iron oxides and hydroxides).

Rosemary leaf - 120 mg
Elderflower - 120 mg
Sage Leaf - 120 mg
Thyme herb - 120 mg
Mullein Flower - 80 mg
Gentian root - 40 mg
Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid) - 80mg

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Adults and adolescents over 12 years: 1 capsule twice a day. Children over 6 years: 1 capsule per day.
The preparation is not recommended for children under 6 years of age and pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The preparation cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Maintaining good health requires a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
