Supports the body in states of anxiety and problems falling asleep due to
contents lemon balm leaf, valerian root, hop cones, chamomile flower and
linden blossom.

The recommended daily dose of the product 2 teaspoons (approx. 12 g) contains:
Bee honey 1.80 g, Lemon balm leaf 1.08 g, Valerian root 0.72 g, Hops
Hops 0.24 g, Chamomile flower 0.24 g, Linden flower 0.24 g.

We recommend consuming: strong> 1 teaspoon twice a day.

The honey in the preparation can crystallize, so it can be heated in
warm water.

Conservation :

> Store in a closed container at a temperature below 25°C, in a dry place
out of reach of young children. Protects against
sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated.
