The ingredient content of the daily portion of the product: dried natto: 2000 mg, including vitamin K (menaquinone - 7): 73 µg (97% of the reference daily value of vitamin and mineral intake for an adult).
Vitamin K and phosphorus contribute to the maintenance of bone health. Iron supports the proper production of red blood cells and hemoglobin and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Folic acid contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
