Ingredients:
Calcium (calcium citrate), bulking agents: cellulose, calcium phosphates, crosslinked cellulose gum, anti-caking agents:
magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), silicon dioxide, coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colorant: titanium dioxide, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), coating agents: glycerol (vegetable), magnesium silicate, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable).

Directions for use:
Four (4) tablets per day, preferably with a meal.
