Ingredients:
L-lysine, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate; glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, vegetable glycerine (from rapeseed oil, palm kernel oil and coconut oil).

Usage instructions:
One (1) tablet per day, preferably with a meal.
