Ingredients:
Vitamin D3 10 μg (400 IU, from fish liver oil and cholecalciferol), safflower oil, capsule shell: gelatin (bovine), vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil).

Directions for use:
One (1) capsule up to 2 times per day, preferably with a meal.
