DESCRIPTION

Organic oat bran is a product produced when oats are ground into oat flour. Bran consists primarily of the most valuable outer layer of the grain, i.e., the covering of the fruit and seeds. Bran is an excellent source of fiber. We recommend it as an addition to breakfast porridge and as a coating for cutlets, as an addition to cakes, vegetable pâtés, bread, and sauces. We recommend a short-term heat treatment of the bran before consumption.
