10 sprays provide at least 200 mg of optimally assimilable elemental magnesium.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Spray on the body and massage well into the skin. Perfect after bathing or before going to bed. For best results, apply the oil to clean skin. Use as needed on any part of the body, avoiding broken skin and sensitive areas such as the eyes. Suitable for children and for use during pregnancy. A slight tingling sensation may occur during the initial application phase. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is a result of the rapid absorption of magnesium through the pores. The effect will pass with regular use.
