INGREDIENTS
Water, sweetener (xylitol), acerola extract and ascorbic acid (vitamin C), zinc bisglycinate (zinc), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), D-biotin (vitamin B7), sodium selenate (selenium), natural flavor (orange, peach and mango), potassium iodide (iodine).

INGREDIENTS IN A DAILY SERVING (4 SPRAYS)
Vitamin C - 40 mg (50% NRV)
Pantothenic acid - 6 mg (100% NRV)
Zinc - 2 mg (20% of NRV)
Biotin - 500 µg (1000% of NRV)
Selenium - 200 µg (364% of RDA)
Iodine - 150 µg (100% of RDA)

USINGTHE SITE
First use: press the pump 3 times until liquid appears. Shake well before each use. Spray carefully into the mouth, preferably inside the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use.

Use 4 doses per day, together or separately. Should not be taken with food or water, can be used at any time of the day and can be combined with other BetterYou products.
