DESCRIPTION
This wholemeal apple pie is a combination of delicious apples and coarsely ground rye flour. This apple pie is distinguished by its beautiful aroma, with a delicate hint of cinnamon that is clearly perceptible. It has a firm consistency yet is extremely juicy. It contains little sugar—only the pastry is very lightly sweetened; the freshly grated fruit prepared just before baking is not additionally sweetened.
