DESCRIPTION
Dietary supplement. Gojnik tea is known as the traditional herbal drink of the Balkans. The plant is also often called Lebanese sage or mountain tea.

HOW TO PREPARE
1 sprig (2 g) is enough to prepare 500 ml of infusion. After rinsing the sprig in cold water, pour boiling water over it and let it infuse, covered, for 5 to 7 minutes.

RECOMMENDED DAILY QUANTITY span>
1000 ml of infusion (4 g of herbs) - do not exceed. The dietary supplement contains polyphenols - substances with a strong antioxidant effect. The recommended daily dose contains 100 mg of polyphenols.
