Recommended consumption:
It is recommended to drink 3 cups of the infusion during or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Ingredients: Hawthorn fruit (Crataegus oxyacantha), chokeberry fruit (Aronia melanocarpa), rosehip fruit, chamomile basket, peppermint leaf, lemon balm leaf, hibiscus, nettle leaf, hawthorn inflorescence (Crataegus laevigata), horsetail herb (Equisetum arvense), flavoring, elderflower, dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale).

Preparation :
Place the tea bag in a cup, pour freshly boiled water (200 ml) over it, and cover. The brewing time should be between 8 and 10 minutes.
