Yerba Mate is primarily consumed in South America. According to scientific data, yerba mate tea helps solve metabolic problems, cleanses the body of toxins, nourishes, regenerates, and soothes, while gently stimulating the nervous system.

It is recognized as an anti-depressant and anti-fatigue drink and as an anti-rheumatic agent.

Yerba mate is rich in vitamins and minerals such as sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium.
The infusion also contains caffeine.
Preparation of yerba in the traditional way:

1. Pour the yerba mate into approximately 1/2 - 3/4 of the container's volume (if desired).
2. Cover the container with your hand, turn it upside down and shake it up and down several times.
3. Next, turn the container 45° so that the dry is on one side of the container.
4. Pour water at 70-80°C into the free space between the drought and the wall of the container.
5. Close the mouthpiece of the bombilla with your thumb and insert the tube into the same place where the water was previously poured.
6. Remove the prepared mat and wait about 2 to 3 minutes. Add a little more water and... it's ready!

The mate thus prepared can be poured several times until the flavor is completely rinsed.
