Children's herbal tea - ORGANIC rooibos 20 x 15 g - APOTHEKE

CHILDREN'S TEA - ORGANIC ROOIBOS 20 x 1.5 g

Rooibos, referred to simply as rooibos tea, is a beverage obtained by infusing the leaves of a shrub grown in South Africa with the same grade. The name rooibos derives from the Afrikaans language and, in simplified terms, can be translated as red bush: rooi - red and bos - shrub, but officially this plant has been named simple aspalata. Simple aspalata is not related to the tea plant, so its infusion has quite unusual properties. Rooibos "tea" is distinguished by a specific honey flavor and a sweet aroma. Compared to traditional teas, rooibos contains few tannins, so when tasting its infusion you will not experience a bitter aftertaste. Rooibos is also caffeine-free and its theine content is so low that it can be drunk by children and at bedtime without fear. The drink aids digestion and reduces the risk of bloating.
