The product contains tocotrienols in the patented form of DeltaGold ^® obtained from the essence (annatto). The raw material is produced from natural sources in the USA in a GMP-compliant manufacturing facility accredited by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The preparation consists of only active ingredients without artificial additives or fillers.
Scientists have shown that the benefits of consuming tocotrienols can be offset by the presence of tocopherols. The maximum content has been set at 15% and the minimum content of desmethyl-tocotrienol (Delta + Gamma) is at least 60%. Unlike other raw materials (for example, those obtained from palm and rice oil), tocotrienols obtained from annatto contain only the most active Delta and Gamma tocopherols (at least 84% and 8%), and do not contain tocopherols.
Gamma and delta tocotrienols have a shorter molecular tail, so they easily penetrate cell membranes and thus exhibit excellent absorption efficiency. The antioxidant potential of tocotrienols is far greater than that of tocopherols. They help maintain optimal cholesterol levels and also promote proper circulatory function.
