Tofu, or curd made from soy milk, is an extremely healthy and exceptionally versatile food product. Because it easily adopts various flavors, it is easy to give it the desired character with the help of carefully selected spices. It goes well with almost everything, and pairs very well with oriental dishes, vegetable soups, scrambled eggs, salads, and raw vegetables. Due to its high content of healthy proteins, tofu is an excellent meat substitute in vegetarian and vegan diets. Tofu is also a rich source of mineral salts essential for the proper functioning of the body—manganese, calcium, selenium, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, zinc, iron—and vitamins—groups E and B.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Remove the protective film and fry in a pan with a little oil for 6 minutes over medium heat, turning occasionally, or bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store between 2 and 7 degrees Celsius. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.
