MCT Vanilla Walnut Oil contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs)—fats naturally found in coconut and palm oils. They are easier and faster to digest than other types of fats. MCTs are absorbed directly into the liver's blood vessels and completely metabolized by the liver. They begin to break down in the mouth, and their complete breakdown is rapid and requires little energy.
A natural color change may occur in this product.

Contains natural fatty acids: caprylic acid (C8:0) and capric acid (C10:0).

DOSAGE AND USE
1 tablespoon (15 ml) per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplements cannot replace a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the foundation for a healthy body. Shake well before serving. MCT oil can be used as a substitute for conventional oils in salad dressings, sauces, or cooking. Not recommended for frying due to its low smoke level.
