Organic, unclarified apple cider vinegar is obtained by fermenting vinegar. It is naturally cloudy. The sediment present is composed of the natural ingredients of organic apples. Externally, it is used in cosmetics, primarily for cleaning and disinfection. It helps combat viral nail problems that we can contract in public places. It will also help with blistering and other ear problems. It can also positively affect skin problems and youthful discoloration.
This product is an excellent source of vitamin E, which is an antioxidant. This means that it reduces the amount of free radicals in the body, which improves immunity, has a positive effect on the circulatory system, and promotes body cleansing. The polyphenols in its composition also act as antioxidants, that is, they are antioxidants. Leave the container in a warm place for 4 weeks, stirring the liquid occasionally. During this time, the fermentation process takes place; when the reaction is complete, there will be no foam on the surface. This means the vinegar is ready. Then, pour it into bottles and store in a cool place. Homemade vinegar should be checked carefully, as there is a risk of mold - as soon as you notice it, you should stop eating it.
