DESCRIPTION
Vinegar not from concentrate, unpasteurized. Acidity: 5%. Contains natural sediment. Shake well before consumption.
Apple cider vinegar is made according to Karl and Margaret Voelkel's traditional recipe. Freshly squeezed apple juice from a biodynamic orchard is fermented. Acetic acid fermentation then follows. The finished vinegar is bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized. It is cloudy because it contains all the naturally occurring ingredients.
