Puritan's Pride is a revolutionary formula that positively affects the entire body, especially digestion. Apple cider vinegar is a product produced during the acetic fermentation of alcohol. It contains trace elements, namely potassium, sodium, silicon, magnesium, fluorine, chlorine, iron, copper, phosphorus, sulfur, as well as vitamins: A, B, C, E, P. It also contains pectin, beta-carotene, and lactic, citric, and acetic acids. It supports the immune system, contributes to improved intestinal peristalsis, and helps regulate blood sugar levels. It also supports acid-base balance. Apple cider vinegar lowers blood sugar levels. Regular consumption of vinegar can increase cell sensitivity, which in turn can prevent fluctuations in blood sugar. This is due to its antibacterial properties.
The polyphenols in their composition also act as antioxidants, meaning they are antioxidants. This provides excellent support for the body and allows it to better cope with the external environmental aggressions we encounter. Antioxidants also slow down the aging process.
