Vitamin B1 is thiamine. This vitamin was the first B vitamin to be discovered. Cases of avitaminosis are rare, but even a slight deficiency can have very negative effects on health. This vitamin is a heterocyclic organic compound consisting of a thiazole ring and a pyrimidine ring connected by a methylene bridge. This vitamin participates in the conversion of energy from food, mainly carbohydrates. It helps reduce numbness in the arms and legs, improves memory, and supports the normal functioning of the nervous system.

INGREDIENTS
Thiamine, rice flour, capsule shell: gelatin, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, bulking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

APPLICATION
