The B12 500µg Strong dietary supplement is a combination of three B vitamins: B6, B12, and folic acid enriched with vitamin E. Vitamins B6, B12, and folic acid contribute to maintaining a normal homocysteine level and normal red blood cell production. Vitamins B6 and B12 also help maintain energy metabolism, reduce feelings of fatigue and tiredness, and support the functioning of the immune and nervous systems. Vitamin B6 also influences the regulation of hormonal activity. Folates contribute to the proper synthesis of amino acids and are involved in the process of cell division.
