P-5-P (pyridoxal 5-phosphate) is the active coenzyme form of vitamin B6. The bioactive form of P-5-P has a higher yield, confirmed by research, with an increase in the total content of the active form of the substance in the blood, compared to other forms. The preparation contains a maximum portion of 18 mg of vitamin B6 in the active form of P-5-P. All ingredients were enclosed in a capsule made of vegetable cellulose without dyes. Vitamin B6 contributes to: the proper synthesis of cysteine, the proper functioning of the nervous system, the proper production of red blood cells, the proper functioning of the immune system, and the reduction of the feeling of fatigue and exhaustion.

HOW TO USE
1 capsule per day. Wash down with water.
