Vitamin C is found in a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, such as peppers, citrus fruits, tomatoes, potatoes (especially new potatoes), and leafy greens.

COMPOSITION

Vitamin C (as L-ascorbic acid), rosehip powder, citrus bioflavonoid complex, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, glycerin.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1 tablet per day, preferably during a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Consult your doctor before taking this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, ill, or taking medication. Do not use in people predisposed to kidney stone formation or suffering from nephrolithiasis.
