Vitamin E is the term used for eight different compounds that are divided into two categories: tocopherols and tocotrienols. Each category is subdivided into alpha, beta, gamma, and delta. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin, it is only formed in plants and its natural sources are wheat germ oil, whole grains, and green leafy vegetables. Humans and animals are unable to synthesize vitamin E, so it must be supplied through the diet. The term "vitamin E" is only used for alpha-tocopherol, but the beneficial properties of both tocopherols and tocotrienols D-alpha-tocopherol present in the product possess 100% of the biological activity of natural vitamin E.
Vitamin E is primarily one of the main natural antioxidants (it fights free radicals and protects the body from their harmful effects). The vitamin "catches" free radicals by transforming them into harmless substances, which are then eliminated from the body. It protects polyunsaturated acids (omega-3 and omega-6) from oxidation - after oxidation, fatty acids are no longer polyunsaturated.

INGREDIENTS
Vitamin E, capsule shell: gelatin, vegetarian humectant, glycerol, soybean oil, purified water.

APPLICATION
One capsule per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
