COMPOSITION :

Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), brewer's yeast, rutin, niacin, zinc, iron, vitamin E, vitamin B6, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin A, folic acid, iodine, D-biotin, vitamin D, vitamin B12, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, glycerin, carnauba wax, starch, gum arabic, sucrose, tricalcium phosphate.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1 tablet per day, preferably with a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

The product should not be taken by pregnant women.

Before use, it is recommended to perform a 25 - (OH)D blood test and consult the result with a doctor or pharmacist.
