Holistic SuperVitalis is a complete supplement. It contains a large amount of whole fruit and vegetable juices, including apricot, mango, apple, mandarin, cranberry, lime, beetroot, pepper, parsley, and many more. It also contains many carotenoid-rich ingredients, such as carrots, peach, cantaloupe (sugar melon), and tomato. It also contains flavonoid-rich ingredients such as orange, lemon, and celery. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
