DESCRIPTION:

Selenium is a trace element present in many enzymatic proteins. The bioavailability of selenium is largely determined by the forms in which it occurs - it can take inorganic forms (selenides and selenates) or organic forms (selenomethionine, selenocysteine, selenoglutathione). Organic selenium is better absorbed by the body.

Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that can help reduce the effects of free radicals.

Correcting selenium levels:

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule once a day. Swallow the capsule and drink plenty of water, after a meal.
