INGREDIENTS
yerba mate (paraguayan holly) * 80%, hawthorn fruit *, lemon balm *, hops * (*certified organic ingredient)

DESCRIPTION
Yerba mate will bring you vitality and energy, while hawthorn, lemon balm and hops will ensure you relax after a hard day's work.

PREPARATION METHOD
As usual, cover about 2/3 of the container (matero) with dried herbs, put a bombilla (a tube with a strainer) and pour water at 70-80 degrees Celsius. C. After about 10 minutes, the yerba mate is already brewed, and after drinking the infusion, pour water over the grounds again. For researchers, it is recommended to use max. 2-3 tablespoons of dried herbs.
