Yerba Mateine Ashwagandha contains finely cut root of this well-known Ayurvedic plant, whose power is subtly combined with that of yerba mate. In the case of yerba mate prepared in the Paraguayan style, the dry part consists of very finely cut leaves, sticks, and a large amount of crushed dusty leaves. The composition is complemented by a natural mint flavor, based on an extract, which gives the infusion a refreshing aroma.

Taste and aroma of yerba mate:
Smoky and thick infusion, with a strong tobacco taste with a hint of herbs, as befits Paraguayan mate. The typical and recognizable bitter taste known to experienced mate drinkers here blends with the oriental aromas of fenugreek, Polish scratch grass, and especially mint. Each successive portion of the infusion brings a positive and concrete dose of energy.

How to infuse yerba mate:
Pour 20 g of dried tea into a 200 ml pot. Tilt the container so that the dried tea is arranged diagonally, then place the bombilla in the empty space. Pour water at 70-80 degrees C or water with ice cubes. Steeping time: 3 to 5 minutes.
The same dry product can be poured several times until it loses its taste.
