Zabłocka Mist is a natural brine extracted in Dębowiec near Skoczów, included in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 14/02/2006 as healing waters. This water is characterized by an exceptionally high concentration of ions for many elements. 1 liter of brine contains more than: 110 mg of iodine, 130 mg of bromine, 800 mg of calcium, 400 mg of magnesium.
Such a rich chemical composition of brine is unique on a global scale, because, for example, the concentration of iodine rarely exceeds 25 mg per liter, and bromine 30 mg/liter.
The iodine in the brine mist dilutes mucus in the respiratory tract, while the bromine soothes irritation and causes bronchodilation, making breathing easier. Calcium and magnesium allow for the absorption of minerals, while having anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory properties.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Zabłocka Mist can be used as a mouthwash. It can be useful at the first symptoms of sore throat, larynx, and trachea, as well as in combating periodontal disease, mouth ulcers, and unpleasant odor from the mouth.
At home, the most common solution is approx. 1%, which we obtain by dissolving Zabłocka Mist in water, in the proportion of 1 part mist to 2 parts water.
