Zubrowka herb is a plant native to Eurasia and North America. This aromatic plant, which grows in cool, humid areas, ripens in late summer and can reach a height of 60 cm. Long associated with religious practices, both in North America, where it was burned as incense, and in Europe, where it was used to line church thresholds, it was called "sacred herb" (Greek: hieros - saint, chloe - herb). Due to its delicate, slightly vanilla aroma, it is used as a perfume in the manufacture of sweets and perfumes. Due to its healing properties, Zubrowka herb is widely used to treat coughs and sore throats.
