According to herbal literature, the properties of bison grass include coumarin, which has a mild calming and anti-inflammatory effect. This herb has been harvested in the forest areas of the Białowieża Forest. Our bison grass comes from organic farming plantations. Bison grass is a plant native to Eurasia and North America. This aromatic plant, which grows in cold and humid regions, reaches maturity at the end of summer and can grow up to 60 cm in height. Long associated with religious practices, it was used in North America as incense, and in Europe to adorn church thresholds, where it was called 'holy grass' (from the Greek hieros, holy, and chloé, grass). Thanks to its delicate, slightly vanilla-like aroma, it is used as a fragrance in the production of confectionery and perfumes. Due to its medicinal properties, bison grass is commonly used to treat coughs and sore throats.

Usage instructions:For a 0.5-liter bottle, add 1 to 2 bison grass leaves and a pinch of sugar approximately 10 to 14 days before consumption. A slight greenish color indicates the drink is ready to be consumed.
